Since 1972, our only return policy has been "Non-Returnable", to our book resellers and others, with the exception of items damaged in transit.
During these many years of research, publishng and timely national and world distribution, those we serve have never returned any of our products, but have continued to request that we provide more of the same and higher quality products for their acquisition for serving their customers.
We have done our best to comply and have been very successful, not having to concern ourselves with returns of our products and all the time-consuming work that takes away from our creation of new and sought-after publications and related media.
